- 患者は不完全なBSSに一致する症状を示した.
- MRIでC5~C6の 大きな椎間板ヘルニアが 確認されました
- 手術後すぐに神経学的改善が見られた.
- 運動と感覚の完全回復は12ヶ月の追跡期間で達成された.
結論:
- CIDHはBSSの極めて稀な原因ですが,横向性子宮頸筋病変の場合には考慮する必要があります.
- ドゥラル修復による前頸部減圧が 決定的な治療法です
