- 52歳の男性で 腹痛 嘔吐 尿漏れ
- 診断には身体検査,検査,腹部コンピュータトモグラフィー (CT) 検査が含まれていました.
- 小腸の阻害とブリッカー管の解圧のため 探索性腹腔切開手術が行われた.
主要な成果:
- CT画像は小腸の阻害と ブリッカー管の外部圧縮を明らかにした
- 探索性腹腔切開手術で 歯の橋が切断され 障害が解消されました
- 患者は不調な術後の回復を経験した.
結論:
- 歯の義肢などの異物を摂取すると,胃腸や尿道に重大な合併症が起こります.
- コンピュータートモグラフィーは このような障害を特定するための主要な診断ツールです.
