HAE- C1INH欠乏症は最も一般的なサブタイプ (72. 4%) であり,次に HAE- FXII (19. 4%) であった.
症状の早期発現とより早い診断は,若い患者 (18歳未満) に見られた.
長期第一線予防の限られた使用 (4. 8%) は,副作用が報告された弱化アンドロゲンの高い使用 (52%) と対比する.

結論:

ブラジルのHAE患者は,女性優勢で,HAE-C1INHが主要なサブタイプである世界的な傾向を反映しています.
遺伝子検査でHAE-FXIIの有意な集団が確認された.
HAEの最先端の長期予防へのアクセスは,まだ満たされていない重要なニーズです.
