骨解性脊椎転移の双層スペクトルCTの診断精度

- 診断の正確性,感度,特異性,主観的可視性 (リケートスケール) を評価した.
主要な成果:
- 二重層CTの再構築は,従来のCTと比較して診断の正確性を有意に改善しなかった (p >= 0. 13).
- 従来のCTに対する感度は57%であり,特異性は96% (オブザーバーA) と90% (オブザーバーB) であった.
- 低単体エネルギー (40 keV) の再構築は,観察者間の適度な合意にもかかわらず,転移の主観的な可視性を改善しました (kappa: 0. 41- 0. 51).
結論:
- 二重層のスペクトルCTは,従来のCTよりも,骨解性脊椎転移の診断の精度を向上させない.
- 双層CTによる低単能再構築では,転移の主観的可視性が向上した.
- 骨の病変の検出を改善するために,さらなる研究により,特定の二重層CTアプリケーションを調査することができます.
