  • 生まれながらの心臓病 (CHD) の診断を受けた成人 (≥18歳) は,SNOMEDとICDの分類を用いて特定されました.
  • ACHDの症例は,年齢,人種,性別,喫煙状況,肥満に基づく対照群と1:20で匹配され,CHDの重度 (軽度/中度/重度) も調査された.

主要な成果:

  • 287,012人の参加者のうち,2941人 (1.02%) がACHD患者であると特定されました.
  • ACHD患者では,全身 (OR:1. 94) と臓器特異的疾患 (OR:1. 54) の両方を含む,自己免疫率 (OR:1. 95) が著しく増加した.
  • 軽度および中等度のCHDは,より高い自己免疫リスク (OR: 1. 93およびOR: 1. 56) と関連していたが,重度のCHDは60歳以上の個人にのみリスクが増加した (OR: 2.71).

結論:

  • 生まれながらの心臓病を持つ成人は 自己免疫疾患を発症するリスクが ほぼ2倍に増加しています
  • 軽度から中等度の心臓病の患者には,この自己免疫性のリスクが高まります.
  • 60歳以上の重度のACHD症例は,自己免疫リスクの有意な増加を示し,年齢と疾患の重度が重要な要因として強調されています.
