  • 特定の転写レギュレータの因果的役割を評価するためにCRISPR-ノックアウト研究を使用した.

主要な成果:

  • 記憶の持続と相関する異なった転写波 (細胞マクロステート) を特定した.
  • CAMTA1,TCF4とASH1Lが 記憶の安定化プログラムに 関わっていることを発見しました
  • 証明された時間依存の役割:初期維持のためのCAMTA1 (日),後の安定のためのTCF4とASH1L (週間).

結論:

  • CAMTA1-TCF4-ASH1Lは記憶の安定化に不可欠である.
  • 連続したトランスクリプションプログラムにより 漸進的に長時間の記憶維持が可能になるモデルを提案した.
  • 長期記憶の持続性における特定の転写因子の重要な役割を強調しています.
