- 原発性抗体欠損症(PAD)は、感染症、自己免疫疾患、アレルギー、悪性腫瘍への感受性を高める、まれで不均一な疾患群である。PADにおける診断の遅れは、罹患率と死亡率の増加につながる。感染パターンと気管支拡張症の予測因子を理解することは、早期のPAD診断と予後の改善の鍵となる。
結論:
- 再発性の被包性細菌による呼吸器感染症はPADの特徴であり、培養の利用が著しく低い。一般化混合効果ロジスティック回帰はBPADを効果的に予測した。臨床医は、重篤または再発性の細菌感染症、多系統の関与、または被包性細菌の繰り返し分離を考慮して、免疫学的評価を検討すべきである。
