鳥лето網膜炎（BSCR）における光干渉断層計（OCT）のダブルレイヤーサインは、脈絡膜新生血管（CNV）と関連していることが多い。このOCT所見は、BSCR患者における後極部の慢性炎症を示唆する可能性がある。
