末梢性チアノーゼ:原発性か二次性か?観察研究

- 患者の45.3%が二次性末梢性チアノーゼであった。

- 先進年齢(40歳以上)は二次性末梢性チアノーゼのリスクを有意に増加させた。
- 結合組織病は最も頻度の高い関連疾患であった(全患者の32%、二次性症例の71%)。
- 性別による有意差は認められなかった。
結論:
- 末梢性チアノーゼは、しばしば良性であるが、潜在的な全身性疾患を示すことがある。
- CTDに関連する二次性末梢性チアノーゼの高い有病率が観察された。
- 疑われる症例には、臨床評価、毛細血管鏡検査、および抗核抗体検査が推奨される。
