まとめ

末梢血CD34+細胞数(PBCC)に基づくプロトコルは、手順中のCD34+細胞数(IPC)に基づく方法と比較して、幹細胞採取の成功を予測する上でより信頼性の高い方法を提供する。このアプローチは、精度とエラー制御のバランスを取り、ドナーの負担を軽減する。
