この研究では、脱細胞化細胞外マトリックス（dECM）と絹線維タンパク質（SFp）ペプチドを用いた新規二相性骨模倣構築体を開発した。dECM/SFp/CPC構築体は、ラットモデルにおいて骨再生を著しく促進した。
