- ATOシステムでは、IKAROS優性ネガティブ前駆細胞は、CD45RA+表現型で二重陰性段階で停止した。
- IKAROS半減失細胞は、二重陽性段階への非効率的な進行と、CD45RAからCD45ROへの部分的な移行を示した。
- ATO細胞では、IKZF1変異の影響を受ける段階を超えて、二重陽性胸腺細胞で高HNRNPLL発現が観察された。
