蛍光ガイド下修正単孔式腹腔鏡下胆嚢摘出術（SILC）は、「チョップスティック効果」を克服し、外科的侵襲を低減し、安全性を向上させます。この手技は、胆嚢疾患の治療において、手技を簡略化し、学習曲線（習熟曲線）を短縮し、合併症を最小限に抑えます。
