統合失調症・強迫性障害併存（SOC）は、統合失調症および強迫性障害の症状を伴う。本研究では、SOC患者は統合失調症（SCZ）および強迫性障害（OCD）群と比較して、認知的不柔軟性と神経変化の増幅を共有していることがわかった。

背景:

統合失調症・強迫性障害併存（SOC）は、統合失調症（SCZ）における強迫性障害症状（OCS）を特徴とし、重度の精神病理および予後不良と関連している。
統合失調症と強迫性障害（OCD）の間で見られる抑制および認知的柔軟性における共通の認知障害は、SOCの根底にある可能性がある。
SOCの神経メカニズムは、依然として大部分が不明である。

主な方法:

28名のSOC患者、33名のSCZ患者、30名のOCD患者、および33名のHCを対象にfMRIスキャンを実施した。
参加者は、組み合わせた切り替えゴー/ノーゴー課題を実行した。
切り替え関連および停止関連の神経活性化に焦点を当てて分析を行った。

結論:

認知的柔軟性の欠如は、統合失調症、OCD、およびSOCに共通する特徴である。
統合失調症とOCSの併存は、神経変化を増幅させるようで、加算的な効果を示唆している。
