- 検査したすべての周波数帯域で難聴を示した患者は13.3%。重度の高周波(4000-8000 Hz)難聴は10%に認められた。低周波数(125-200 Hz)は61.67%、高周波は63.33%で影響を受けていた。音声周波数(500-4000 Hz)は33.3%の症例(軽度20%、中等度13.33%)で影響を受けていた。感音難聴は16.6%、伝音難聴は10%、混合難聴は6.67%存在した。難聴と年齢、性別、透析期間、BMI、催耳毒性薬の既往、高血圧、生化学的パラメータとの間に有意な相関は認められなかった。透析中の痙攣は難聴との有意な相関を示した。血液透析前後に聴力閾値の有意な変化は観察されなかった。
結論:
