  • 200人の自立した高齢者(平均年齢71.87歳)が、ブエノスアイレスの科学博物館で30分間の訪問を完了しました。収集されたデータには、社会的参加質問票、MOCA(認知機能)、老年うつ病尺度(GDS)、GAD-7(不安)、およびPANAS-状態尺度(感情)が含まれていました。統計分析により、訪問前の要因と訪問後の学習および感情状態との関連が調査されました。

主要な成果:

  • 社会的参加の増加は、訪問後の肯定的な感情の増加(r=.22、p<.01)および否定的な感情の減少(r=-.135、p<.05)と相関していました。日常生活への参加の増加は、うつ病(r=-.208、p<.01)および不安(r=-.131、p<.05)の指標の低下と関連していました。より良い認知状態(MOCA)は、博物館訪問中に新しい情報をより多く学習することと有意に関連していました(r=.501、p<.01)。

結論:
