  • 短期記憶をオブジェクト認識タスクを用いて評価した。
  • 海馬のシナプトフィジン、PSD-95、GFAPレベルをウェスタンブロッティングおよびELISAを用いて定量化した。

結論:

  • 重要な発達期間中の高脂肪食曝露は、両性においてアストロサイトマーカーとシナプス可塑性を変化させる。
  • シナプス刈り込みの減少を含むこれらの変化は、生涯持続し、早期の栄養が脳の発達と機能に及ぼす長期的な影響を示している。
