- 糖尿病患者群は対照群よりも有意に高齢で、ボディマス指数(BMI)が高かった。
- 糖尿病患者は有意に高い気分障害気質スコア(p=0.040)を示した。
- 易刺激性、不安、気分循環性の気質に有意差は見られなかったが、男性糖尿病患者では気分高揚性気質が高かった(p=0.044)。
結論:
- 本研究は、糖尿病管理において、特にうつ病(気分障害)気質の影響気質を評価することの重要性を強調している。
