  • 2021年から2024年の間にインドの三次病院で診断された8例のPCA患者の前向き症例シリーズ。人口統計学的データ、神経心理学的評価、画像所見(MRI、FDG-PET、Tau-PET)、およびバイオマーカー研究の分析。ピュアPCAおよびPCAプラスサブタイプのCrutchら2017年コンセンサス基準に基づく患者の分類。

  • PCAは、早期発症の認知機能低下(50代〜60代)および初期の視空間/失行症障害を呈した。6例(75%)はピュアPCA、2例(25%)はPCAプラス(混合病理を含む)であった。表現型には、背側、腹側、および両側頭頂葉バリアントが含まれた。MRIは後部皮質萎縮を確認し、FDG-PETは特徴的な低代謝を示し、Tau-PETは影響領域における所見と相関した。

結論:
