  • CaCl2曝露は、治療マウスの頸動脈コンプライアンスを有意に低下させました。野生型雄マウスは、モリス水迷路において空間学習障害を示しました。P301S雌マウスは、長期記憶の低下および潜在的な作業記憶障害を示しました。

  • 両側頸動脈石灰化は、雄マウスの空間学習およびP301S雌マウスの記憶を損ないます。頸動脈石灰化モデルは、タウ病態の加速を研究するためのツールを提供します。頸動脈石灰化とタウ病態進行との関連について、さらなる研究が行われる予定です。
