  • ARMADA研究から得られた557人の高齢者(65〜99歳)がNIHTB-MB評価を完了した。NC参加者における人種差を、年齢と性別を考慮して多重線形回帰で分析した。診断グループ(NC、aMCI、DAT)間の違いを、共分散分析と事後検定で検討した。

主要な成果:

  • 運動能力は年齢とともに低下した(p < .001)。黒人参加者は、他の有意な人種差がない中で、立位バランスにおいて白人参加者よりも優れた成績を示した(p = .005)。DATを有する個人は、NCおよびaMCI群と比較して、バランス、握力、器用さ、持久力の点で劣っていた。

結論:
