- 健康、安定したCOPD、および非呼吸器疾患で入院したグループ間で平均PaCO2値は同等であったが、呼吸器疾患で入院したグループでは上昇した(42.3 ± 11.4 mmHg)。 静脈と動脈のCO2間の平均バイアスは+10.0 mmHgであった。 静脈-動脈CO2差の95%一致率は2.7 mmHgから-22.8 mmHgであった。
結論:
