研究 の 目的:

  • 能動的共感的傾聴尺度（AELS）をトルコでの使用のために検証および適応させ、AELS-TRを作成すること。トルコの看護学生集団内でのAELSのトルコ語版の信頼性と妥当性を評価すること。

主な方法:

  • 405人の看護学部学生を対象とした記述的横断研究。オンライン調査を通じてデータを収集し、AELS、記述フォーム、コミュニケーションスキル尺度を含みました。言語的および内容的妥当性が確立された後、確認的因子分析（CFA）および信頼性分析（項目合計相関、クロンバックのα）を実施しました。

主要な成果:

  • AELS-TRは内容妥当性指数1.00を達成しました。CFAは優れたモデル適合度を示しました（χ²/SD = 1.78、CFI = 0.97、GFI = 0.96）。信頼性はクロンバックのα係数0.86および再検査信頼性（r=0.717）で確認されました。

結論:

  • AELS-TRは、トルコの看護学生の傾聴スキルを評価するための心理測定学的に妥当な尺度です。この検証された尺度は、コミュニケーション能力を向上させるために看護教育で効果的に利用できます。本研究の結果は、傾聴スキルの向上を通じて患者ケアの質を向上させる上でのAELS-TRの有用性を支持します。
