  • 男性性的健康質問票-射精障害（MSHQ-EjD）、Golomobok-Rust性的満足度スケール、および新しい性的満足度スケール（NSSS）を使用しました。
  • 結果を比較するために、術前および術後にデータを収集しました。

主要な成果:

  • 射精機能または射精障害（MSHQ-EjD）に有意差は認められませんでした。
  • 関係の質サブグループ（頻度、コミュニケーション、接触、満足度、インポテンス、性交の質）で有意な改善が報告されました（Golomobok-Rustスケール）。
  • 術後に回避と早漏のスコアが低下しました。

結論:

  • 膣形成術は、男性パートナーの性的満足度と関係のダイナミクスにプラスの影響を与えます。
  • この処置は、射精パラメータに直接的な変化がないにもかかわらず、パートナーの全体的な性的経験を向上させます。
  • パートナーの性的幸福の向上のための膣形成術の検討を支持します。
