主な方法:

  • PCNLを受けた276人の患者の後向き分析。患者をKF-PSL群とTP群に分類した。人口統計学的および周術期データを収集し、比較した。

主要な成果:

  • 術前パラメータまたはBradenスケールスコアに有意差は認められなかった。KF-PSL群は有意に短い手術時間を示した（80.9分対107.3分）。KF-PSL群は、合併症率に有意差なく、より高い結石除去率（73%対61%）を達成した。

結論:

  • KF-PSL体位は、PCNLの有望な改良である。TPと比較して、手術時間の短縮と結石除去率の向上を提供する。この体位は、手技を簡略化し、結果を損なうことなく併用療法を容易にする。
