主要な成果:

  • 141人の学生のうち95%が、シナリオが批判的思考力、意思決定力、協働力を向上させたと同意しました。学生はより深い内省と自信の向上を報告しました。質的データは、独立した実践への準備の向上が裏付けられました。

結論:

  • インタラクティブな臨床意思決定シナリオは、有望な教育戦略です。これらのシナリオは、看護学生にとって不可欠な臨床能力を強化します。カリキュラムへの統合は、安全で効果的な実践に向けた学生の準備を向上させることができます。
