深層学習画像スコアと遺伝的・臨床データを統合することで、緑内障予測精度が大幅に向上する。画像由来深層学習スコア(IDS)は高い予測力を示し、遺伝子スコアは利用できない場合に画像データを代替できる。

背景:

  • 多因子リスクスコア(PRS)は疾患リスク予測において限界がある。
  • 画像データは疾患予測に重要な表現型の変動を捉える。
  • 緑内障リスク予測は、マルチモーダルデータの統合から恩恵を受ける可能性がある。

結論:

  • 深層学習ベースの画像特徴量は、緑内障リスク予測に有効である。
  • 遺伝的、画像的、および臨床的データを統合することで、予測精度が大幅に向上する。
