Abstract:
Perovskite-based humidity sensors have attracted considerable interest owing to their high sensitivity, rapid response, and eco-friendliness, making them highly promising for various applications in environmental monitoring, healthcare, and smart technologies. This paper comprehensively reviews the latest progress in perovskite-based humidity sensors. It provides a thorough introduction to the structure, types, and preparation methods of perovskite materials, as well as the mechanisms and applications of different types of perovskite-based humidity sensors. Furthermore, it addresses the morphological attributes and formation mechanisms of perovskite crystals, various influence mechanisms of perovskite humidity-sensing interfaces, and strategies to enhance interface performance. Finally, it presents prospects and outlooks for further exploring the application potential of perovskite-based humidity sensors.
