機能性ディスペプシアを伴う異常尿検査所見を有する女性患者と尿路感染症を有する女性患者との比較研究：レトロスペクティブ症例対照研究

Functional dyspepsia (FD) in female patients can present with abnormal urinalysis results, which may differ from those of urinary tract infections (UTIs). This study is to analyze and compare the differences in urinalysis indicators between the two conditions. We retrospectively collected data from 120 female patients diagnosed with either FD or UTI, with 60 patients in each group. We analyzed and compared the levels of urinary abnormal indicators using the Mann-Whitney U test and Chi-square test. The predictive value of urinalysis abnormalities for diagnosing FD or UTI was evaluated using ROC curve analysis, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), negative predictive value (NPV), multivariate regression analysis, and a nomogram prediction model. Abnormal urinalysis in female FD patients differ from that in UTI patients. The best combined indicators for diagnosing FD or UTI were occult blood, urinary protein, and leukocyte esterase. A nomogram was created for visual prediction.
