研究 の 目的:

- CINおよび子宮頸がん(CC)の重症度および臨床病理学的特徴との相関を明らかにすること。
- ROMO1を子宮頸がんおよび高悪性度前がん病変の早期検出のための補助的なバイオマーカーとして評価すること。

- 早期病変におけるROMO1の過剰発現は、酸化ストレスが子宮頸部悪性形質転換の初期段階で役割を果たすという仮説を支持する。
- ROMO1は、高悪性度前がん病変および早期の子宮頸がんの検出のための有用な補助バイオマーカーとして期待される。
