本研究では、ガイド骨再生用の新規ポリカプロラクトン膜に、バンコマイシン支援ゼオライトイミダゾラートフレームワーク-8ナノ粒子を組み込んだものを開発しました。PCL/Van-ZIF-8膜は骨修復を強化し、pH応答性薬物放出を提供し、強力な抗菌および骨形成特性を示します。
