がん治療のためのナチュラルキラー(NK)細胞の増殖は、K562フィーダー細胞による反復刺激によって行われる。しかし、この過程はNK細胞の増殖、代謝、機能に変化をもたらすため、効果的な細胞製品開発のためには注意深いモニタリングが必要である。
