網膜血管芽腫（RH）は、フォン・ヒッペル・リンドウ病（VHL）に関連する良性腫瘍である。VHL変化を伴うRHにおける「2番目のヒット」は、染色体3の喪失である可能性が高く、観察される体細胞変化はほとんどない。
