- 骨移植片の応力は低く、変形は最小限であることが示唆された。
結論:
- 厚いプレートは機械的抵抗を改善するが、スクリュー応力の増加によりスクリューの緩みやインプラント周囲骨吸収のリスクがある。
- 下顎骨前方部は、不適切な応力分布の影響を最も受けやすい。
- スクリュー関連の合併症を最小限に抑えるために、硬性プレートにはロッキング固定システムを推奨する。
