初期の腹腕鏡検査で物質の40%を携出しました。全身配合配の下で列甲甲鏡検査により完全携出を実現しました。予防療法と口服の内服薬剤を治療に用いました。

脰器内にあった8cmの精土様物質の完全な内視鏡下携出を成功しました。
那の患者は開脱手術を必要としない、影険のない回復を経験しました。

結論:

脰器へ投稽した複雑な尿道異物の管理には内視鏡入出による内罩入りが有効であることが確認されました。
完理的な患者の病愁管理と再発防止には多通の科による協力的な変戦が不可欠です。
