1,2,4-オキサジアゾール系翻訳読 Durch-誘導薬（TRID）と呼ばれる新しい薬剤がLRBA欠損症の治療に有望であることが示されている。これらの化合物はLRBAタンパク質の発現を効果的に回復させ、アタラレンの撤退後の代替薬を提供する。
