- 手術時間は最初の50例以降、有意に21.9分短縮され(p < 0.001)、その後安定した。再発率(8.0%)および合併症率(5.2%)に学習段階を通じた有意な傾向は観察されなかった。残存する腰椎椎間板ヘルニアは患者の0.9%に発生した。
結論:
