- 徒弟研修群ではFISの群内改善が有意でした(d=0.43、p=.001)。対照群では軽微で有意でない改善が見られました(d=0.16、p=.16)。群間差は徒弟研修群に有利でしたが、統計的に有意ではありませんでした(d=0.24、p=.15)。

- 徒弟研修は、初期の臨床心理学教育におけるFISを強化するための補完的な方法として有望です。特に、同盟関係の結束力や同盟関係の破綻修復応答性などの特定のスキルが最も改善しました。
