  • SS-OCTAを用いて早期原発閉塞隅角緑内障(PACG)における脈絡膜厚(CT)および脈絡膜血管指数(CVI)を調査すること。

主な方法:

  • SS-OCTA黄斑および視神経乳頭スキャンを用いて、86例の早期PACG患者および79例の健康な対照群のCTおよびCVIを比較した。12x12 mm黄斑領域および6x6 mm視神経乳頭領域を解析した。年齢および眼軸長との関連を評価するために、単変量および多変量線形回帰分析を用いた。

主要な成果:

  • 早期PACG眼は、健康な対照群と比較して、黄斑領域全体で有意に厚いCTおよび高いCVIを示した(P<0.05)。増加した鼻下CTおよびCVIは、若年年齢、PACG診断、および短い眼軸長と関連していた。これらのCTおよびCVIの違いは、年齢および眼軸長を調整した後でも持続した(P<0.01)。

結論:
