主な方法:

  • 4,4'-((ビシクロ[2.2.1]ヘプト-5-エン-2,3-ジイルビス(メチレン))ビス(オキシ))ビス(3-(トリフルオロメチル)アニリン)(NFDA)モノマーの合成。
  • NFDAと6種類の市販ジアニドレッドとの重合によるポリ(アミド酸)前駆体の形成。
  • 前駆体をポリイミドフィルムに変換するための熱イミド化。
  • 溶解性、疎水性、光学透過率、熱安定性、および機械的強度を含むフィルム特性のキャラクタリゼーション。

主要な成果:

  • ノルボルナン骨格、エーテル結合、およびトリフルオロメチル基を組み込んだNFDAモノマーの合成に成功しました。
  • ポリイミドフィルムは様々な有機溶媒に対して優れた溶解性を示し、優れた溶液加工性を示唆しています。
  • フィルムは高い疎水性(接触角109.4°まで)、最小限の水吸収(0.26%)、および高い光学透過率(86.7%)を示しました。
  • 5%質量損失温度が416℃を超える優れた熱安定性と、良好な機械的特性が観察されました。

結論:

  • NFDAの合理的な分子設計により、優れた特性の組み合わせを持つポリイミドが得られました。
  • これらの新規ポリイミドは、フッ素化ポリマーに関連する典型的な加工上の制限を克服します。
  • これらの材料は、次世代のフレキシブルエレクトロニクスおよび先進的な太陽電池デバイスに非常に有望です。
