  • 42人の参加者(初心者、中級者、経験者)がMikotoシミュレーターを使用しました。主な測定値:盲腸までの時間とS状結腸伸長指数。粘膜検査はポリープ腫瘍検出スコアを介して評価されました。

主要な成果:

  • シミュレーターの測定値は、経験レベルを確実に区別しました(p < 0.001)。時間(クロンバックのα = 0.93)と伸長指数(0.83)の高い信頼性。初心者は失敗しましたが、中級者の36%と専門家の67%が合格しました。

結論:

  • Mikotoシミュレーターは、大腸内視鏡検査スキルの客観的で信頼性の高い自動評価を提供します。能力評価のために、効率と組織に優しいテクニックを統合しています。熟練度ベースのトレーニング、スキル維持、専門家の再評価をサポートします。
