- 2020年1月から2024年12月まで、多施設共同後ろ向きコホート研究を実施した。ウクライナの27病院で、手術痕領域に痛みを伴う腫瘤を有する9,157人の生殖年齢女性のデータを分析した。子宮内膜症の定義はWHOガイドラインに従った。
主要な成果:
- AWEの発生率は4.2%(387/9,157)であった。帝王切開瘢痕子宮内膜症はAWE症例の82.2%を占めた。主な症状は、触知可能な腹部腫瘤(100%)および周期的な痛み(86.8%)であった。帝王切開から症状発現までの潜伏期間は約31.8ヶ月であった。
結論:
- 腹壁子宮内膜症はウクライナでは比較的まれであり、通常は産科または婦人科の手術痕から生じる。帝王切開瘢痕子宮内膜症は、本研究で観察されたAWEの最も頻繁な形態である。診断は組織病理学的検査に依存する。
