  • One Plane One Query Attack(OPOQA)法を導入しました。
  • 低周波離散コサイン変換(DCT)空間からサンプリングされた2次元平面内で候補例を生成する戦略を採用しました。
  • サンプルをピクセル空間に戻すために逆DCT(iDCT)を使用し、反復ごとに1つの候補のみをクエリしてクエリ数を最小限に抑えました。

主要な成果:

  • ImageNetデータセットで、Inception-v3、ResNet、VGGなどの主要なモデルで高い攻撃成功率を達成しました。
  • RMSEしきい値0.05および0.01で、それぞれ4.5%および11.5%攻撃成功率が増加し、最先端のEPCAアルゴリズムと比較して優れたパフォーマンスを示しました。
  • 1000クエリという低いクエリ予算内で、ほぼ知覚できない敵対的例を生成することに成功しました。

結論:

  • OPOQAは、高品質な敵対的例を生成するための効果的かつ効率的な決定ベース攻撃です。
  • 提案された方法は、敵対的攻撃のクエリ複雑性を大幅に削減し、より実用的にします。
  • この研究は、深層ニューラルネットワークのセキュリティ堅牢性の理解と改善に貢献します。
