本研究では、HVDCシステムにおける高速故障遮断のためのGaN-HEMTスイッチを用いたハイブリッドDCサーキットブレーカーを提案します。新しい設計は、SiC-MESFETベースのスイッチと比較して、故障遮断時間を大幅に改善します。
