肺静脈閉塞症（PVOD）は、肺動脈性肺高血圧（PAH）とは異なる、後毛細血管性肺高血圧の稀な原因である。
PVODは特発性、遺伝性、または悪性リンパ腫などの潜在的悪性腫瘍を含む他の病状の二次性である可能性がある。

結論:

PVODは、特にリンパ節症を伴う場合、高い臨床的疑いが必要である。
このような場合には、徹底的なリンパ腫の検索が必須である。
