新しいメトリクスであるLocal Predictive Value (LPV)およびCredible Predictive Value (CPV)は、ヘルスケアにおける個々のAI予測の信頼性を評価する。これらのメトリクスは、解釈可能な信頼性推定値を提供することにより、臨床意思決定支援システムの信頼性を向上させる。
