- 参加者の22%はFNDに関する事前の知識がなく、61%は正式なトレーニングを受けていなかった。;FNDをヒステリーと関連付ける(18%)、純粋に心理的なものと見なす(29%)、病態生理を認識していない(10%)といった広範な誤解があった。;陽性診断徴候を認識したのはわずか4%であり、67%がFNDを除外診断と見なしており、診断上の大きなギャップを示している。
結論:
- モロッコの医療従事者の間でFNDの誤解に対処するための教育的介入が緊急に必要とされている。;FNDの知識を向上させることは、診断精度、患者ケアを向上させ、モロッコにおけるこの病状の社会経済的負担を軽減することができる。
