まとめ

末梢中枢同期刺激(pcSS)は、2点閾値と体性感覚誘発電位を改善することにより、体性感覚機能を向上させた。効果は、経頭蓋交流刺激(tACS)に対する末梢神経刺激のタイミングに依存した。

背景:

  • 体性感覚機能を向上させるためには、新しい神経調節技術の開発が不可欠である。
  • 末梢神経刺激と経頭蓋交流刺激(tACS)の同期は、新しいアプローチを提供する。

結論:

  • pcSSの神経調節効果は位相依存性であり、正確なタイミングの重要性を強調している。
  • pcSSは、体性感覚リハビリテーションのための新しい介入として可能性を示す。
