食事由来のマイクロプラスチック(MP)は、酸化ストレスと炎症を引き起こし、腸の健康を損なう。MPの環境老化は毒性を変化させ、腸の恒常性および微生物叢の組成に影響を与える可能性がある。

背景:

  • 食事由来のマイクロプラスチック(MP)は、潜在的な健康影響を持つ環境汚染物質として認識されることが増えている。
  • 過去の研究では、実際のMP曝露および毒性を反映しない非老化粒子が使用されることが多かった。
