糖尿病患者における臓キスティック新生体リスク

- 合計31,877名 (0.8%) の参加者が臓キスタを発症した.
- ノルモグリセミアと比較して,空腹中のグルコースの低下 (AHR,1.06),糖尿病の持続時間短縮 (AHR,1.23) および糖尿病の持続時間延長 (AHR,1.37) は,臓キストのリスクの増加と関連していました.
- より高いリスクは,より若い個体 (<60歳),男性,および糖尿病の現在の喫煙者において観察されました.
結論:
- 糖尿病の持続期間が長くなることは,臓キストの発症の重要な危険因子です.
- 糖尿病の若い男性と現在の喫煙者は,リスクが高くなります.
- 禁煙は臓キストのリスクを軽減する可能性があるが,臨床的意義を明らかにするためにさらなる研究が必要である.
